Booking-Conditions

Booking:
The booking is considered binding once the booking form has been completed and submitted and/or the booking confirmation has been sent.

Cancellation:

• If you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date, we will charge 0% of the rental price.
• If you cancel more than 3 weeks in advance of the arrival date, we will charge 20% of the rental price.
• If you cancel more than 15 days in advance of the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the rental price.
• If you cancel more than 1 day in advance of the arrival date, we will charge 100% of the rental price.
• In case of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the rental price.

In general, cancellations are handled in a customer-friendly manner and are also season-dependent, with an agreement sought with the guest. If a replacement booking is found for the canceled period, this rental amount will be credited, minus a processing fee of five percent.

Payment:

30% deposit within 5 days of booking, the remaining balance 30 days before the first day of vacation.

Whirlpools:

The hot tubs are available to the guest solely for their own responsible rental use.
